Our gyms serve bodybuilders, powerlifters, functional athletes and everyday members under one roof. Each location is carefully designed, professionally operated and maintained to a high commercial standard.

We consider existing gyms, retail warehouses, industrial units and other adaptable commercial buildings.

Our preferred range, with larger buildings considered for flagship locations and exceptional opportunities.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Sufficient on-site or nearby parking aligned to the scale of the gym and local demand.
THE RIGHT PLANNING USE
Class E in England and Wales or Class 11 in Scotland. We will work with supportive landlords where a change of use is required.

Easy access to public transport, population centres and major road networks.
